Several villages in Bapatla district are set to receive improved drinking water facilities under ongoing rural infrastructure development programs. Authorities have approved upgrades to water storage tanks, distribution pipelines, and pumping systems to ensure uninterrupted supply during the summer and monsoon seasons.
Officials explained that the projects will help address long-standing water shortages in some habitations and improve access to safe drinking water. Villagers welcomed the development, noting that reliable water supply remains one of the most important civic needs in rural areas.
