About the internship
Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated ITI/Diploma freshers who are interested in building a career in the Renewable Energy and Solar Industry. This internship offers hands-on field exposure to solar project execution, site surveys, installation inspections, and operational support across multiple locations in Andhra Pradesh.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Pre-Installation Activities
1. Conduct site visits and surveys before solar system installation.
2. Assess site feasibility and collect required technical information.
3. Take site measurements, photographs, and observations.
4. Prepare and submit site survey reports in the prescribed format.
5. Coordinate with reporting managers regarding site readiness and project requirements.
6. Ensure accurate documentation of field observations.
B. Post-Installation Activities
1. Visit installed solar project sites to verify installation quality and workmanship.
2. Inspect solar panel positioning, alignment, mounting structures, and overall installation standards.
3. Perform basic checks to verify system functionality and energy generation status.
4. Identify and report any deviations, defects, or operational issues observed at the site.
5. Maintain detailed inspection records and reports.
C. Coordination & Reporting:
1. Coordinate with the Operations, CRM, and Technical teams for issue resolution and project updates.
2. Provide timely field reports and status updates to the reporting manager.
3. Assist in maintaining project documentation and compliance records.
4. Support the team in ensuring smooth execution of solar projects across assigned locations.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. ITI (electrical, mechanical, civil, electronics, electrician, fitter, wireman, or related technical disciplines).
2. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
3. Must possess a bike and a valid driving license.
4. Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
5. Basic understanding of Hindi and English.
6. Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.
7. Candidates residing in the target locations will be preferred.
