Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Coach
Candidates must be officers currently serving under the Central Government, State Governments, or Union Territory Administrations. Eligibility is determined by holding an analogous post in the parent cadre or having at least 6 years of regular service in Level-5 (₹25,500–₹81,100). Essential qualifications include a Diploma in Coaching from SAI NS NIS, Patiala, or equivalent, or participation in Olympics/Paralympics/Asian Games/World Championships with a certificate course in coaching. Dronacharya Awardees are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The maximum age limit for applicants is 56 years as of the opening date of the receipt of the application. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.
